How to Complain

If you still feel you have cause to complain about the financial services provided by alphabetafx and our customer service representatives are unable to resolve the matter, you should click on the below link to login to the Company’s Complaints Portal using your Client Portal credentials and file a complaint. The Compliance Department will investigate your complaint and provide you with its findings.
